Timothy's Tax Holiday

The Treasury secretary is overworked, understaffed, and on the verge of being overwhelmed. Meanwhile, the markets need some answers on the financial system. I vote for letting him name whomever he wants to key posts whether they've paid their taxes or not. But just this once.
