Working from home today so I don't have to wait until after 5pm eastern time to comment! When I visited Estonia in August during the early 1990s, I set up timers to water my lawn for short periods of time at home while I was away. August usually is very hot and dry in the DC area. That year, there was an unusual amount of rain. My neighbors laughed and laughed at how the timers turned on the sprinklers on my front and back lawn during heavy rain!
