Two chicks (is that what you call baby hummingbirds?) hatched about ten days ago. (We noticed the eggs in
late March.) You can see a red beak resting on the top edge of the nest. In Kathy's and my inexpert estimation, both are doing fine, as is the original helicopter mom.
